Can anyone give the details about the interface of MEMS microphone with the miniDSP USB streamer and computer?

MEMS microphones are used to record the speech signal. I want to use 20 MEMS microphones. Can anyone suggest how can I get the 20 channel data (.wav or .mp3) on the computer?
