For OMV isolation, I used overnight bacteria culture and centrifuge 10,000 g for 15 min then supernatant 0.22 um filter and then filters 12 ml ultracentrifuge 38,000 g 3 hours 4 degree. After then I did not see any pellet and how can I run SDS-PAGE and atomic force microscopy test ?
