This converter can be used for an Electric Vehicles applications.
- I would like to know which topologies of inverters can be used in these cases.
- which kinds of switch are the best for this level and high frequency. (f.i. SiC & GaN). If you can please give me the exact switch that can be find in the market.
- Please send me some useful references to design this type of Buck converters.

Please consider that this is a high frequency converter and I would like to know the different options and ideas like using SiC , GaN power electronics devices or different Buck topologies availabe for this range (using Si or SIC). f.i. interleaved and full bridge converter with high frequency transformer.
