Dear colleagues,
I was wondering if anyone can recommend to me a literature or directly tell me, what is the actual reflection/meaning of the following electrophysiological features in a MEPP peak (neuromuscular junction's miniature end-plate potential peak) please:
1) amplitude
2) frequency
3) time to peak
4) half decay time
5) duration
and in tetanus-evoked EPP:
1) latency (i.e. the time counts immediately after the artificial stimulation to the emergence of the rising phase of the peak)
2) potentiation
3) declination
4) firing failures
Thank you very much.
