I would like to know how much ZnO-based TCF (AZO, GZO) contribute (in % or in US$) to the present TCF market and any future forecast??
This question is difficult to answer. I have personally not seen anything that suggests that there is a concrete number. But to give a perspective on how important ZnO is: the semiconductor research at the University of Oslo (with a lot of public grants) is almost exclusively dedicated to ZnO thin films (and how defects behave in it). There is bound to be other research groups around the world that work similarly with ZnO.
For future prospects, I believe they do not know how to create p-type ZnO. If that is done, then much more investments will done on it. Because you could use it to create diodes.
This is almost certainly information that you'd have to pay for e.g. in Frost and Sullivan reports.

In my M.Sc thesis, I synthesized ZnO nanopwder which will be used as the raw material to prepare ZnO thin film via thermal evaporation method. I have also prepared a thin film sample using this nanopowder by dip-coating method. The main target of this work to prepare ZnO nanopowder to be used as raw material while reducing the cost of ZnO thin film deposition. The lab where I conducted this work are planning to prepare this commercially. With this method, the cost will surely be lower than combining all other chemicals and steps that were required in this whole process.
