If we don't get Cu peak in XRD pattern of Cu doped ZnO is there any way to confirm copper presence here ?

We have doped Cu in ZnO. we didn't get any extra peak other than ZnO according to it's JCPDS file. but height for XRD intensity is reduced as doping concentration is increased from 3% >5%...

5% Cu was doped in Zinc Acetate using de-ionized water and ethanol.
