Such a protocol will afford me the opportunity of getting a model that connects environmental pollution with neurodegeneration and help to further study the basic events in neurodegeneration.
Could you specify the model you want to use (in vivo) or in vitro? Do you want to stidy neurodegeneration inrelation to environnemental injury or alone?
A few colleagues and I recently wrote an article on the topic, specifically on Mn, Hg, and Pb. You will find it on my ResearchGate page (last of the highlighted publications). I am glad you are interested in the topic. I think it has been neglected for too long!
