Nitrogen stream if volatile. Freeze dry if water. A simple circulating hot water jacket on some open glassware in a fume cabinet. Heat block at about 40 degrees C (be careful now, check the properties of the solvent used). You can mix it with another solvent to form an azeotrope to allow it to evaporate at a lower temperature. It all depends on the solvent system utilised.
Hi, If you have condenser, you may use down-worth distillation at atmospheric temperature if it suits to your compound. If you have vacuum pump you use that as well. Alternatively, if your compound is not active to sun light you can keep on roof/out side. If your compound is active to sun light you may use the black polybag to cover your product. But again if it is high boiling solvents such as toluene, xylene, DMF, DMSO, N-methylpyrrolidine, the method cannot be effective.
you can use distillation process to separate the organic solvent. I think even dean streak apparatus should work to take the solvent off. I would prefer using drier but will be very careful to avoid the bumping. Freeze drying is suitable if you have got small amount of solvent.
Very small amounts may be evaporated under a gentle flow of dry air or nitrogen. Obviously, this must be done in a hood to remove the vapors, away from ignition sources etc. Don't do this for toxic solvents either.
Freeze drying can be used, however if you have large volumes of solvents like DCM this may not be good for the internal parts of the Drier. With low volumes you can use a nitrogen blowdown system, this is more effective if you have a warming plate or water bath however volatile compounds may be lost

I would like to know that are you trying to isolate toxin or any other compound from these solvents ? Pyridine is Water solubule , Ethylacetate can evoparate under vacuume at RT or under flow of dry nitrogen. ....
Magetic stirrer (big) and evaporation the liquid on stirrind like as You want to do vacuum distillation on water-stream vacuum but without big heating. We also have no rotatory evaporator in our laboratory. Neibours have, in the case of very large volumes we go to they. Our method takes much more time but possible and do the same as rotatory evaporator
