Can anyone experinced in dsrna purification from bacteria help me out?

I have induced dsRNA in bacteria following most reported protocol in literature, but I am presently stock at cleaning the nucleic acid I want to eliminated RNA and DNA so I would be left with dsRNA but on treating with RNASE A,( even at high salt concentration )the dsRNA was also wipe off.

Hey

Did you tried to use a dsRNA antibody to pull out the dsRNA , we are doing it in our lab and its working for us .I can send you the protocol if you are still doing it .
