Receiver specifications of Medical radio communication
There is no standard body for issuing specifications to radio receiver for medical applications. But research is carried out and following indicates some specifications:
Frequency band = 402-405 MHz
Power dissipation: For two mixers =4.8 mW and the LNA = 2.3 mW
Impedance = 50 Ohms
Gain = 150 dB
Since the objective is for low power dissipation with smallest possible size and weight, the importance for noise figure and IIP3 is not given.
I am interested to find out any document relating to MedRadio or (previously known as MICS) standard specification document? I plan to do some RF security testing of some medical implanted devices and I cannot find the FCC document explaining the standard in greater details.
