I have four cluster dendrograms derived from different data sets. How can I find the relationship between these dendrograms?
kaur ji , you can perform mantel test by using NTSYS, based on the values you draw conclusion about the relation between dendograms perhaps you are drawing relation between two marker system (if you had used different marker systems) for your help here iam writing the steps (NTSYSpc 2.02 VERSION )

Enter sim file of marker system 1 at input file 1
Enter sim file of marker system 2 at input file 2
Click on compute
You will get graphical representation of test and close it, you will get values of mantel test” r”, which indicate goodness of fit of the two marker system
if you have further doubts feel free to draw a message
if your data sets are binary then you do Matrix comparison in NTSYS. For this run sets indepndently then produce Coph values, and do MAXCOMP. You can even uses SAS for comparision for which you do not need binary data set. The other softwares which does comparision is STASTICA

Basu Sir, problem is that I have to compare the cluster derived from morphological data and molecular data. So, my one file is with dissimilarity matrix (SIMINT) ie of morphological and other is of similarity (SIMQUAL). Now please tell me how can i compare
