I am working on liposome formulations for colon targeting. I have prepared 9 formulations with varying cholesterol and spc levels. I have the response data of drug entrapment efficiency. How do i optimize the formulation using this data and the design expert software?
With the Desing Expert software you can get from the experimental matrix to the numerical and graphical optimization results. Once the data of the response variables have been entered, the adjustment is made to the corresponding regression models, if the models obtained have a good fit quality, then the optimization can be done. for optimization the first thing is to introduce the constraints, that is, the desired values of the variable responses and then the results of the optimization are obtained.
