Can anybody suggest how methyl bis acrylamide (crosslinker process) react in presence of O-H and COOH functional group present in polymer?
In general, during free radical polymerization bisacrylamide crosslinker will react with the vinyl group of your monomers and the functional groups such as -COOH and -OH remain unaffected in this process. Please have a look at the following article which might be helpful for you
One of the articles mentioned here uses disulfide based crosslinker which is similar to methylene bisacrylamide as far as the polymerization process is concerned.

actually I was trying crosslink a poly saccharide which contain OH, and COOH group... after the treatment with methyl bis acrylamide, I analyzed by AT-IR I found the vanish of OH peak... is there any possible for covalent bond?
Hello dear, the OH group and COOH group, only can react trough of esterification reaction by using acid catalysis, but this groups can interact through hydrogen bonds, it can produce a shft of the signals due to the absorptions of OH and acid groups.
