Haven't done this myself so I have no specific antibody to recommend, but it should be against unphosphorylated Tau.

For the axon: Pan NaV or Ankyrin G are very specific.

I second the MAP2 for dendrites. For axons we have used Thy-1, GAP-43 and beta-III tubulin (I would be cautious about the last one, which has been questioned).

mouse anti-MAP2 (1:500, Novus Biologicals, catalog number NBP2-25156) and chicken anti-MAP2 (1:500, Synaptic System, catalog number 188 006) work well for dendritic ramification; mouse anti-FGF14 (1:300, NeuroMab, catalog number 75-096) or mouse anti-Ankyrin-G (1:1000, NeuroMab, catalog number 75-146) used as a markers for axon initial segment. So, with these combinations you can distinguish between the axon and dendrites.
