Can anybody know how to extract the permittivity and permeability graphs from S parameter in CST 2016 software?

I am working on Metamaterials by using CST software. In CST 2016 there is a direct option of extract the values from S parameters, but it is showing an error, Kindly check the enclosed attachment for reference. I would be obliged for this.
