I have a difficulty to mach between the units reported in different papers regarding the level of enzymes in liver tissue. In measuring the oxidative damage on the liver the level of enzymes such as CAT is reported in different units as nmol/g wet tissue in some papers and as k/g protein in others. Can anyone recommend me a method to convert these units to a similar format?
