Burnaby’s size correction method (Burnaby Principal Component Analysis BPCA; Burnaby 1966; Rohlf and Bookstein 1987), now frequently are used for morphometric variables in order to assess shape variations of the studied taxa or populations. I collected morphometric variables of several species that belong to a genus of rodentia, its important for me to compare their shape variations without size effect. How can I do this analysis using statistical software such as SPSS? Can anybody help me to do that?

Thanks in advance
