Lean in a forum on Biology notes www.fastbleep.com/biology-notes/32/156/846 is about the clearest I have discovered - but he only mentions fetal blood and not embryo blood.
Another article Human embryonic, fetal, and adult hemoglobins have different subunit interface strengths. Correlation with lifespan in the red cell by Lois R. Manning,1 J. Eric Russell,2 Julio C. Padovan,3 Brian T. Chait,3 Anthony Popowicz,4 Robert S. Manning,5 and James M. Manning1. does talk of fetal and embryo blood but is not very specific.
So if anybody can help me I would be very grateful. I am mostly interested in the differences as far as haemoglobin goes - but also if there are other difference in the blood´s chemical composition during these phases, I am also interested.
