Hi, valuable and timely needed study. Few points to draw your attention,
* Better you can ask the questions such as whether the respondent carried out e-commerce transactions previously? follow by, most preferred e-commerce retailer? Because you are asking the questions about a particular e-tailer. Else, if you are expecting a general view on all e-commerce sites, you should revise your questions.
*I think that it would be ideal if you have a consistency on number of questions that used to measure the each variable by selecting most appropriate questions and leaving behind the likely replications.
