Can any one suggest me names of different methods to conduct single case study? To find out different impacts of company. Considering that data of company is not available in the form of figures and company will not provide it as well , and I also have a restriction of not using questionnaires.

Have you thought about non-participant observations, focus groups and interviews? Within the case study method you could adopt any of these collection of evidence methods. In addition to the methods recommended by Sharleen Howison, you can also use document analysis to collect qualitative data from any relevant documents that may be availed to you by the company.
I would echo the points made by Lysias regarding document or content analysis of open source documents regarding the company. Since it seems that the company is not willing or able to provide data for any meaningful secondary analysis, consider another form of content analysis of trade or professional journals that may have reported on the company if they even exist. Also, investigative reporting by journalists that may have reported on the company. All the best.
