I have prepared binary semiconductor (AB, where A and B are two different semiconductor) material in an one pot combustion method. Can any one suggest, how to calculate the percentage of respective phases present in a binary heterojunction semiconductor materials from XRD characterization ?

At first if you have different crystal structures can can detect them by the XRD.
As an advice you also distinguish them by the naked eye is the crystallographic domains are large or you can distinguish them under an optical microscope.
It is so that the different domains will have different colors.
As an example we could see the different crystalline domains of the semicrystalline silicon by our naked eyes. So you can then take the grains and analyse them by the XRD.
Or you can simply scan through a cross section of your material.
