There are n- number ways to say this -- I will try this one: Just searching "synthesis of core-shell nanoparticles" as all inclusive title search in Web of Science came back with 472 articles, general topic search ~4200 articles. Most likely all of them builds the shell materials on top of the core particles. So, could you please be specific about what type of core-shell nanoparticles you are looking for?

i am working on various semiconducting oxide nanoparticles like TiO2, CuO, NiO, Co2O3,CeO2 etc.

I want to make core-shell nanoparticles for electrical and transport properties.

that's why i am searching for good and easy technique to synthesize that materials.

You me follow some reference paper about synthesis of QDs such as CdSe/ZnS, CdTe/CdSe etc....
