Observed this potentially parasitic fly inside the body of freshly dead caterpillar of the large Moth species. I have kept whole body making smiler habitat inside a glass tank and this fly came out finally. larva, pupa and adult are the same size 5mm. Photographs taken all the stages and fresh fly.

Your specimen belongs to the Family Tachinidae, probably Erycia sp. They are parasitoids on larvae of Lepidoptera. Perhaps in the forum of Diptera. info discussion they can help with the ID to species level.

Your fly might possibly be Subclytia rontundiventris, a very common European Tachinid fly. Good luck.
I'm not an expert in Tachinidae but, looking at the images available in the web, in my opinion the genus Subclytia is more sharable than Erycia. Regards,
