We are getting the following error while using this command to install kernel header files...
command : make -C ./kernel ARCH=arm INSTALL_HDR_PATH=../rootfs/usr headers_install
error : make[4]: *** No rule to make target `/usr/src/android/kernel/msm/include/media/msm_media_info.h', needed by `/usr/include/media/.install'. Stop.
make[3]: *** [media] Error 2
make[3]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....
Thanks for your response Peter T Breuer... we need to build .ko for our AODV-UU... we can able to build .ko for simple programs like hello... but we are getting asm/types.h error while building for our AODV (make ARCH=arm CROSS_COMPILE=arm-eabi-). we thought this error may be due to that header install problem or any other way to solve asm/types.h no such file are directory error...
