I am not sure, whether this is Akashiwo sang. for me it looks more like as it looks more than thecate Dino. Is the foto from fixed cells or life. If you have still material, try fluorescence brightener to exclude thecal plates.
It is Akashiwa sanguinea, this species is very common in the Red Sea I have reported in high number from the Red Sea. You will get more details in this paper " Seasonal variation in composition and abundance of harmful dinoflagellates in Yemeni waters, southern Red Sea "
It looks like Akashiwo sanguinea, but there is genetic heterogeneity in the 28S(D1-D2)rDNA in this species and this might indicate cryptic species (see the following article).
