I intend to publish my work in IEEE Transactions in Control Systems Technology and I need to get hold of the TEX template for the single column double spaced format used for initial submission for review purpose. Can any one provide a link to that webpage?
Nowadays, several IEEE transactions are asking for two copies of the manuscript as follows:
1. main file Manuscript in two-column single-spaced format : With the IEEEtran.cls you can use following settings for this file
\documentclass[10pt,onecolumn,twoside]{IEEEtran}
2. Supplementary file one-column double-spaced format : which must be the same content described in #1 above, only the format is different. This is basically for reviewers to have some space to add comments. With the IEEEtran.cls you can use following settings
\documentclass[10pt,onecolumn,draftcls]{IEEEtran}
\documentclass[10pt,onecolumn,draftclsnofoot]{IEEEtran}
\documentclass[10pt,onecolumn,final]{IEEEtran}
In the above:
- 10pt: is the font size,
- onecolumn: is to set the number of columns to 1,
- draftclsnofoot: is to set the document to "draft" mode, by setting double line spacing and 1 inch margin from all four sides.
