Usually ontologies are models of some domain, more or less general, including foundational ontologies, like DOLCE. Are you asking for an ontology, modeling/representing all e-learning process, their structural moments (components), relations, etc., and their concrete instantiations, including, maybe semantic, web services?
Thank you for your answers. I am looking to find e-learning web services (or resources) following what they offer: authoring tool, assessment tool, etc. I thought that an ontology that described all e-learning resources/ web services can help. I knew there in a thesaurus at http://www.tel-thesaurus.net/tel/ but an ontology with semantic links will be more useful.
