It is an Irrawaddy dolphin (Orcaella brevirostris). I cant see the dorsal side from this picture but I trust it had a dorsal fin? Do you have any other pics and where did you find this dead animal?
Yes definitely Neophocaena phocaenoides. Was mistaken yesterday with the single photo which did not show the dorsal side and could not judge the size as there was no scale on pic.
