It is an Irrawaddy dolphin (Orcaella brevirostris). I cant see the dorsal side from this picture but I trust it had a dorsal fin? Do you have any other pics and where did you find this dead animal?

yes it is close to the Irrawady Dolphin. A view of the dorsal fin would be good as suggested by Anoukchika..

Yes definitely Neophocaena phocaenoides. Was mistaken yesterday with the single photo which did not show the dorsal side and could not judge the size as there was no scale on pic.

Yes, definitely Black Finless Porpoise, Neophocaena phocaenoides.  In the future, try to include multiple pictures, with some object/ruler to show scale/size.  Pictures of the mouth/teeth, and include additional data; TL - total length, sex, etc...are always helpful.
