You can loggin in Inaturalist. In that website you can search this and other organisms and wildlife.

I think it goes back to Potamogeton sp.

Check the two species

P. gramineus  P.nodosus

is that it might belong to Potamogetonaceae.

Geddada Mohan Narasimha Rao

Although Potamogeton octandrus Poir. is found in fresh water reservoirs of Visakhapatam, the above plant looks more close to Potamogeton nodosus Poir.
