I have to prioritize watershed and I have computed sub watershed wise Rainfall, Runoff, Erosion, Vegetation density and Morphometric characteristics also. with respect to that I have to execute AHP, is it feasible? if so, please assist me.....
You might find the Watershed Condition Framework put out by US Forest Service helpful in your evaluation and prioritization. An additional document addresses implementation of WCF. These are public documents available on the internet. The process has been typically been applied to the subwatershed scale at 10K -40K acres.

There are many researches about AHP based MCDA. If you have data in sub-catchment you will run AHP for priority of watershed. you must provide expert opinions to weight your indicator. finally I suggest you two article that you can read for more information as following:
