As mentioned in the title, I am trying to model a material by performing uniaxial compression / relaxation tests, my question is, assuming the material is isotropic, in order to get the prony series coefficients for the bulk and shear modulus to implement in Abaqus, can I do that with only compression tests or do I need to perform a shear test ( I can measure the load/strain on one direction only, meaning that for a compression in z direction, I can only get stress/straiin data on the z direction only)
