The concept of "predatory journal", in our time, is blurred up to complete meaninglessness. In fact, there are several organizations in the world (for ethical reasons, I do not name them) that guarantee the publication of almost anything in Scopus journals and the like, after the respective payment. So, without hesitation, publish in any journal permitted by your Academic Council.
