In tooth bearing areas, non expanded lesions, to make a clinician confirm a diagnosis of KOTs before a definitive treatment has been done. there are certain lesion  have some clinical, radiographical features and preoperative diagnosis is very important because this lesions have a different treatments, thus, could  a CT dose differentiate between keratocystic odontogenic tumors and other cystic lesions?
