· Used virtual reality (exposure or other methods)

· Treated those with diagnosed anxiety or trauma disorders

· Treatment was manualised

· Used a standardized measure for outcomes (SUDS and CAPS are acceptable)

· Paper is available in English (translations acceptable)

· Provides a mean and standard deviation at pre- and post-test at the very least

· Research was conducted been March 2007 and July 2020

· Design:

o Randomised controlled trial

o Cross-sectional

o Case series (N > 10)
