Calculations of dislocation densities using GSAS2

Hello Everyone

Hope this finds you well. Can somebody, anybody please advise me on how to calculate dislocation densities using GSAS-2. I have been advised to obtain the site occupancy frequency but I have been struggling to attain the parameter in the software. Somebody please help. Would really appreciate.
