I published my work in a predatory journal without knowing it was not a good journal. They also said their impact factor was 2. But I was not aware that it was nor for thomson reuters. I wanted to know if I could do amything to get it in a good peer reviewed journal

NO, YOU CAN NOT.
But you can publish any related article in any other journal.
You may email the editor and give him good reasons to retract the paper, like multiple submission, bogus claims of authorship, plagiarism, fraudulent use of data, misinterpretation in data, faults detected after submission etc. But, by doing this, you will cause to annihilate the article forever and your reputation might suffer as well. That is why this way is not encouraged as it is type of cheating.
However, apart from missing the chance of publishing in a better journal, making such a mistake should not have any major consequences. Papers should be evaluated on their content, not in which journal they were published. If the paper has really advanced the state of the art, it will be cited, and the citation number is a much better measure of the quality of the paper than the IF of the journal it was published in.
From the experiences of some people that I know, it is not possible. Predators don't let go of their prey just on the prey's request.
You may want to check scimagojr for information about journals before you send your paper anywhere. At least you can get to see the reputation of the journal before you publish with them.

Based on personal experience, it's not possible, especially if your paper is a quality one - the journal would want to enhance its reputation with your paper. You should not worry if the paper is of top quality; that is what matters

I'm afraid, it is not possible. The best that you can do is to extend the idea of the article and send it to another good publisher.
