a 39 yr old woman who underwent MRM 2 yrs ago now have a mass in ipsilateral supra clavicular region.previous pathology was IDC T1 N0 M0 GII triple negative and received 8 course of chemotherapy only.
It depends on the chemo agents that she got before. There are other agents that you can use for chemo now. About the resection, I recommend PET scan for metastasis detection, if PET was negative and supraclavicular lymph node didn't respond to chemo , surgery may have a limited role for treatment .
