I am doing protein test by bradford method. I made coomesbrilliant blue reagent G-250 according to standard protocol but I did not get te same colour of that reagent as it is stated in protocol( perhaps pink or light red/brown) my reagent is of blue colour.

May be it still high concentration of coomesbrilliant blue reagent G-250.

Maybe the acid concentration is too low to change the color.Try to add more acid or just lower the volume of water.
Bradfrod method is really a bad method,since the calibration curve is difficult to make.

make ur bradford in mQ and filter with whatman paper and dont forget adding orthophosphoric acid and make in dark condition
