Hi,

I'm currently doing a BP reaction and got colonies on my negative control plate even though I did not add BP clonase. The control plate has fewer colonies than the plate with the same vector and insert but colony size is the same. Any idea why this happens? I did BP cloning before using the same vector and this never happened.

I used the pDON221 vector and transformed into TOP10 cells.
