very interesting and distinct question so far i have seen on RG .. if we observe their physical appearance, they look indifferent :) . However, i think that Johnson is more diplomatic and political type of person , unlike Trump who is outspoken and blunt .

I am just very much troubled that both have access to the red button of their Nuclear warheads...
And both like to be provocative and do not like to compromize...
On the positive side it must be stated that Trump has managed not to start a war, yet (until today)...
However both are active in the Oil conflict in the persian gulf currently...
Narcissists rarely commit suicide so there is no need to fear red buttons.
I think they both represent the 'representation gap': the lack of political system to be considered as taking into account all social classes and not only the higher one ('elite'). I remind that Trump was elected from mid and lower class american voters (although he is a billionaire, what an irony!) and brexit essentially is the reaction of mid and lower class of UK to the elitistic behavior of City and EU bureaucracy.
So if politicians continue to work only for elites, then leaders like Trump will continue to win...
In my view both do not care for the common people but mostly for the elites but they pretend to address the simple or common voters with simple messages and simple speech...
Both lie for political purposes and create take news. Both buy facebook Ads for a special - simple - audience and lead political campaigns there...
That is clealy unethical and populistic...
