Would anyone recommend me any books like Microscale Acoustofluidics? It helps me understand the use of ultrasonic standing waves to separate suspended particles.
Theoretical Microfluidics by Bruus (Oxford University Press) is my favorite introductory book to microfluidics, and it has a very clear chapter on acoustofluidics, starting from the very basics.
There is an excellent review, published in Reviews of Modern Physics in 2011, entitled "Microscale acoustofluidics: Microfluidics driven via acoustics and ultrasonics", DOI: 10.1103/RevModPhys.83.647.
