The boiling point of silver at atmospheric pressure is 2162°C.
If I want to vaporise silver in vacuum level of 10^(-3) mbar, how much change will be there in the boiling temperature?

You need to find a copy of the "phase diagram" for silver for this information. This will give you information and the temperatures and pressures for the phase transitions in silver.
