If a person A takes first dose of covid 19 vaccination and donates blood to another person B, will it be sufficient for B to take only second dose of covid 19 vaccination ? Or how it will influence the immunity of B?

The mRNA vaccines do not contain any blood products, including red blood cells, white blood cells or platelets. We will not know about the ingredients of other vaccines until each is submitted for approval, as companies are required to share this type of information.
Vaccines are currently the only way to limit the infection. But there are too many negative opinions against vaccines. Even people without primary education express opinions (negative), people who do not understand anything but are "against". False "facts" are written. This prevents all of humanity from solving this serious problem.
I agree with Pranav Ish, as this would just be a passive trasfer of antibodies, not the stimulation of B and T cells to produce abs/cellular immunity. Two vaccinations will definitely be required.
