Hi,
I would like to make biogas in a laboratory scale by mixing methane and carbon dioxide. Is there any specific protocol to follow, or safety considerations i must keep in mind?
And can i achieve this by simple mixing of gases using check valves and rotameters? Or is some specific equipment required?

Will this way of making biogas economical? Since biogas can be produced by anerobic digestion of organic matter which is cheap.
Probably not much, just make sure there is no oxigene and you do not create and you happen to work into explosion limits

Biogas is a mixture of gas which means it already mix with methane and carbon dioxide. However, I think that you want to imporve CH4 and CO2. So, basically a rawmerital with high C: H: O ratio is be a benefical to impore the different gas including CO2 and CH4
