Does anyone make their own western blot transfer buffer to use with BioRad Turbo Trans blot system? I refer to BioRad catalog number 10026938, 5X TBT buffer to which one adds dI water and ethanol to make 1X.
We would love to minimize costs by making our own, but they don't list ingredients.
I have used BioRad Transblot Turbo. You can prepare buffer as per the link given below. Only thing is alcohol volume you need too optimize since it has been bit long for me to remember how much I used to use but it works just fine. Following is the link:
