Can anyone tell me the procedure to determine the biomass of fungi in solid state fermentation?

you can use wet cell weight method. For this method , you have to keep control also. after incubation, you take 10 ml broth from fermentor and control each. do high centrification and then measure the %. this way you can measure fungal growth.
