According to your opinion and experience, what is the best, published an article each year or participate in 10 seminars/conferences each year, including 5 with proceedings or proceedings published?

You have to strike a balance between the two activities: It is difficult to procure funding to attend more than one or two conferences abroad, which has its own advantage of networking with eminent scientists in your field and getting your results published in peer reviewed journals. If you have project and supported by funding you need to focus and produce / publish results within a deadline.
