Also, the seismic attributes categories such as Instantaneous and Geometric are the best: Reflection Strength, Instantaneous Phase, Instantaneous Frequency, Quadrature, to identify the lithological contrasts, the bedding continuity, the structural and stratigraphic features, the thickness, the porosity, etc. Also, if you have the RSA Module in Kingdom you can run Spectral Decomposition, Similarity, Curvature, Dip Azimuth, all geometric attributes. All of the seismic attributes that I listed above are qualitative, because you do not have well-logs control. All of the seismic attributes that I listed above are interpreter-dependent, which means: if your tracking horizons and faults are confident.

On the other hand: "In the most general sense, seismic attributes encompass all quantities derived from seismic data. Following these authors, I recommend using 2) impedance domain attributes, such as acoustic or elastic impedance inversion / AVO attributes, which have the advantage of calibrating the seismic responses with the key-well logs control that you use, such as density, gamma-ray, porosity, permeability, sonics, etc., therefore, they are quantitative attributes in the general sense. You can perform seismic inversion in Kingdom and generate acoustic impedance with Simulated Annealing and colored inversion techniques and algorithms, or use fluid substitution to perform in-depth AVO analysis and attributes as Intercept and Gradient (AVOPAK module requires).
