Dear Dr. Jasim,

Basically, it depends on your need, there are many software packages available such as SPSS, SAS, Graph Pad, R, Sigma Stat, Minitab etc.

Each software has pro's and cons, and hence you need to choose the software based on your requirement.

In general, SPSS, SAS and Graph pad are most commonly used softwares in medical research.
