Using a confocal to produce high resolution 3D images of mucin layers on mucin producing (MUC 1,4,16,20) epithelial cells, but I do not know the best stains out there for this purpose. In the past I have used concavalin A and wheat germ agglutin, but am reaching for new options.

Any ideas?
